All single day events will take place on a Sunday with a scheduled start time of 0900hrs.

Weekend or 24hr events will begin at 1000 or 1200hrs midday (please check the forum for upto date information on start times).

The times quoted for any event indicate game start. We don't believe in wasting your gaming time by having you waiting around until 0930-1000hrs while late comers arrive, gear up & then require a safety brief.

Your mission brief will begin at 0900hrs. The site safety brief will be given prior to this. Therefore you are advised to arrive no later then 0830hrs & please ensure you are ready. Part of what we do means a full kit & weapons prep the night before. Don't keep people waiting while you gear up or load magazines. All that can be done prior to your arrival.

Monies must be paid on arrival after signing necessary documentation including insurance waivers. A copy is available for download & printing prior to arrival on our contacts page.

We use ammo limits & have medic rules. Please ensure you check these & understand them before coming to site to avoid any confusion on the day. The use of ammo limits & medic rules means conservation of ammunition it something you will have consider.

When is your next re-supply due?

Will it make it through the enemy lines?

Medic rules create a real need for teamwork & tactics. It also means no long trudge back to your TAC unless teamwork breaks down. For some events we will use variations on medic rules &/or simple regen rules. The forum will indicate any changes in the standard event rules.

We will make every attempt to adhere to the above event schedule but if inclement weather conditions, especially during the winter, mean the cancellation of an event we will move to one of the other sites if time & logistics allows.

Weekend events are indicated via the IED forum & are generally every month from April to September. A weekend event will begin
